2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: name, email, company, phone, your message and the preferences you select (services, budget, timing).
3. Why we use it
We use this data solely to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don't send newsletters and never sell or share your data for marketing.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any legal obligations. Requests that don't lead to a project are deleted within 24 months.
5. Who can process it
Your data may be processed by technical providers that help run this website, acting as data processors:
- Formspree, Inc. (USA) – receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare, Inc. – hosts the website and protects it from attacks; processes technical data such as IP addresses.
- Our email provider, to handle the emails you send us.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
6. Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, or object to it, by writing to contact@sjcorp.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or your local authority.
7. Cookies
This website does not use profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server. We only use a small piece of technical browser storage (sessionStorage) so the loading animation isn't shown repeatedly: it clears itself when you close the tab and requires no consent.
